Repeat Prescription Request

Please allow 2 working days before collecting your prescription and please state in the comments box whether you would like to collect your prescription from Hay or Talgarth.

If you would like to collect your prescription from one of the local Chemists, please contact them to arrange the collection of your prescription from the surgery.

In future you may wish to consider registering for NHS WALES APP/Ap GIG Cymru.
