We are pleased to welcome 2 new registrars with the practice this week:
Dr Sophie Watson will be with us until May 2026 and Dr Hayley Smith will be with us until November 2026.
GP Registrars are doctors in training who are qualified doctors and have already worked in hospitals as junior doctors for at least 2 years and have now decided that they would like to specialise in General Practice.
In order to qualify as a GP all doctors have to complete Postgraduate Specialist Training, which includes at least 18 months training in General Practice.
