Repeat prescription request

Use this service to request a repeat prescription.

Allow 2 working days before collecting your prescription and please state in the comments box whether you would like to collect your prescription from Hay or Talgarth.

If you would like to collect your prescription from one of the local pharmacies, please contact them to arrange the collection of your prescription from the surgery.
