Routine appointments or queries

It would be really helpful if you are contacting the surgery for a routine appointment or query that you could wait until after 12pm to call the surgery.  This will enable the practice to keep the lines free during the morning for our patients who are telephoning to request a call back from the emergency triage team.

Emergency appointments

We do ask where possible that emergency triage requests are made before 12pm in order for us to manage the workload for each day.  If your call is after 12pm, you may have to wait longer for a call back from the triage team or be asked to telephone again the next day.

Our phone lines are available from 8.30am, please contact the surgery during the hours of 8.30am and 12pm if you wish to make an urgent triage appointment.  For any other queries please contact the surgery after 12pm or visit our website www.hay-garth.co.uk
