Due to the introduction of Total Triage, making appointments via My Health On-Line has been suspended. However, you will still be able to order your repeat prescriptions via this method and cancel appointments.

On-line Repeat Prescriptions Requests - My Health On-line

If you have access to the Internet, you can now order repeat prescriptions via My Health Online - the secure, online service.

You will require a registration letter from the surgery which gives you an Access ID and PIN number. If you would like to use this service, please give your name to a Receptionist at either Hay or Talgarth Medical Centre or click here to download the request form which should be completed and returned. A registration letter will be sent to you. This service is available to adult patients only.

Important - My Health On-line Issues

Please note that NHS Direct Wales provide first line support if you have difficulties with registering/using the My Health On-line service, anything that cannot be resolved will be passed to 2nd line support to investigate.

NHS Direct Wales MHOL Support is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

The items covered by NHS Direct Wales are the most common queries experienced to date as follows :

• Sign up / Registration
• No confirmation code
• Error.map messages
• Logging in
• Practice unavailable - this is normally due to site maintenance late at night when the system may be down for 1-2 hours

Note - if you have forgotten your log in details - username or password - then you do need to contact the surgery as you will need a new registration letter to enable you to re-register for My Health On-line.
